Jasluv Brar Report Card

I think I should get a "B" because I have been improving my fitness and I have atleast 3 hours of physical activity a day. I have soccer 5 days a week and hockey about 1-2 times a week. So I am very busy. But I don't record my visual evidence so I don't think I deserve an "A". In spring break I had a hockey tournament in prince George for the first week and another year end hockey tournament in surrey in the second week. I need to start taking visual evidence but I have soccer/hockey about 6 times a week so I can take pictures of that.

Jasluv Brar Interim

I think I am doing pretty good in pe so far. I play hockey and soccer out side of school and I have training everyday after school if its not soccer its hockey. So I would say I'm pretty fit but I want to improve my explosiveness and speed because that's something I lack in. I need to start gather evidence of my hard work because I never bring my phone to pe but I should start doing that. I've never forgoten my gym strip and I'm always on time but I have been sick 3-4 time. I usually try to involve others in the games along with my self. I participate in everything weather it be fitness or choice. I also try to help make teams and help set up when setting up to play something. And that's about it.

Jasluv Brar's active learning assessment

This year Active learning and English are alternating. Although I would rather have Active learning everyday I think it is a good idea to have it all year long instead of semester wise. Every Active learning block I come prepared with my PE strip and a positive attitude.I don't care if we are doing fitness or choice, hockey or badminton (I don't like badminton very much), I try my best to make it fun for others even if i'm not having the best time. I help set up set up in the gym when I can and help put away stuff after. You probably already know that I talk a lot and not just with my friends. I talk to almost everyone in our class including the grade 8's.On fitness days I like to go hard and not stop until We are done because I play hockey and I want to be one of the best. But I can't just sit here and say that. I have to prove it. So any chance I get, I try to become better, more fit, and a better athlete overall. I also play soccer. as a goalkeeper.I enjoy Insanity because it helps almost all aspects of your body including core muscles and cardio. In the winter/fall time I am usually really busy with soccer, hockey, and school. But on the off season (spring/summer), I usually hit the gym 2 days a week. On Sunday's I work on cardio and skating. On Wednesday's or Friday's I work on Core exercises and usually go swimming after. Leadership is some one who leads by example. I think Colin does that well because he is always telling people to help out and not to do stuff that we are not suppose to be doing. But for the kids in our class, no one comes to mind. There probably are some grade 8's but are probably to shy of the grade 9's. I would like to build up my stamina by the end of this year. I am proud of my dedication to fitness because last year I hated fitness because no one really wanted to do it but this year I Workout along with Sukhraj which gives I think both of us more of a reason to work harder.( we're kinda competitive since he plays hockey as well. I think I deserve an "A" because I have been trying hard all year.
Also I have a Youtube account on which I post Hockey related videos. If you can, watch my most recent video on the following url.     http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLAYAwL23w0
